And there goes the 600g again down today. My body is working efficiently. Although I don't process a sugar calorie the same as a fat calorie, my body has adjusted and dropped back down. Awesome. Happy with a 200g loss overall. First week back at school, a few stressful medical appointments also, plus a couple of testing students. We all know how stress impacts us as well. It releases hormones that stop your metabolism working. So it's important to get on top of stress as soon as you recognise the signs that you're stressed and reverse it.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 51.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
