Weight at stand still for days. Nutritionist recommends I maintain 1000-1200 daily caloric intake; however, when I'm in Keto my appetite decreases and I have no cravings of any kind. I maintain between 20-50 g. carbs, below 30 grams of fat, and 60-70 g. protein with calories between 400-700 daily. I'm not counting calories- it's just where they fall and that's what I write down. I also take a multivitamin, plus vitamin C & D daily. Do I need to be that concerned about hitting a target calorie count? Please meed help, information, insight from you who have dealt with this. Thank you. Yesterday I ate extra carbs, fat and protein I really did not want to bring calories up to 1000 to be in compliance with the nutritionists recommendation. Not really happy about doing that...
