Holy crap yesterday I actually logged everything in and stuck to it. I was and am really hungry but stayed in the target. (before was an excuse of eating but not logging into entry, guilty eating, binge eating, eating of bordom, and just plain filling my face.) aim for success. after 45lbs gained from my lowest in my life. I wanna go back there. 34 pants was a glimpse of a time. and man do I miss it.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
