So this is what happens when you let stress rule your life. You stop going to gym and overdose on sugar. The result - you gain 8kg!!!

I can not believe that I undermined myself so badly. All that hard work lost just for some chocolate and cake... Very disapointed with myself but detirmined to sort myself out.

Here's to day one!
