1149 kcal Fat: 47.38g | Prot: 56.49g | Carb: 127.77g.   Breakfast: Jalna Greek Style Natural Yoghurt, Macro Raw Muesli with Coconut, Blueberries, Strawberries. Lunch: Zucchini slice, Grape Tomatoes, Sweet Red Peppers, Cucumber (with Peel), Red Leaf Lettuce. Dinner: Potato, Sweet Potato, Snowpeas (Pea Pod), Lamb (Trimmed to 0.3 cm Fat, Choice Grade), Carrots, Brussels Sprouts. Snacks/Other: Weight Watchers Cottage Cheese, Arnott's Sao, Coles Natural Mineral Water, Tea with Milk. more...
