Walked 2.5 miles today on my new treadmill, for 100 extra burned calories. Unfortunately my scale is consistently saying 191 so its only fair that I log it. Dissapointing, but weight loss=time.
191.4 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
