hello!!! is a wake up call from myself!!
after we did june's wedding, we went on a three day tour and then we came back, and partied all week long. so it last from 12/28 all the way to 1/7. in those 10 days, i gained about almost 1kg. and then i started waking up in the middle of the night hungry and eating... almost scary! so now i'm like 2,3kg heavier. but i feel good mentally b/c at least i know where the pounds come from!
i will be back on SB phase 1~~ go me!!!
