Yesterday, I ate pretty well but it was not the best food. Plus, I think I ate too much of it. In addition to that I didn't have any exercise yesterday. I didn't have time with everything that was going on.
286.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 66.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
