Weekend of buffet food. I went WILD and had a great time doing it 😬 but now back to square zero!!
150.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ag, ek's in dieselfde bootjie!! Can't believe I let myself go this much - such a demotivation :-( The only positive thing is, that it's Monday!! Yeah!! It's like a clean slate!! Let's bite this week by the butt and shake ours off!! ;-) Sterkte daai kant!!
