An Adjustment up of 200g but all food good and well within 1200 cals. All good after all it was a huge drop last week. Also dropped to size 10 now.. Was a size 20 when started this new way of life. I'm stoked. All this weight loss is costing me the earth in new Clothes. What an awesome problem to have.
160.7 lb Lost so far: 50.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can't believe I've done this with no exercise. Not intentional though. Hopefully I can exercise soon.
