Well, for my first hour long work out in about a week, I was a little disappointed. I had to lower the resistance on 2 exercises... Well, after the show this weekend I will have more time for workouts. I am hoping to start swimming next week as well.
284.5 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 84.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
