I am still feeling great! My weight has not moved for awhile, but my pants are falling down! LOL! I had to buy a new belt! And I have noticed that I can do more moving around during the day without getting tired. And now that we are having some nice weather, I'm doing some outdoor walking and starting to make plans for my flower beds. I can tie my shoes without having to hold my breath, too!

That's great! My weight hadn't moved for a few weeks either but I am doing Pilates and can tell in my jeans that I must be toning the tush and legs, yet the scale doesn't move, which can play mind games with you. Keep up the great work!
