Ate almost nothing today! That's not what I'm going for at all, just didn't feel like eating today. It's become a hobby instead of a survival tool, and since I wasn't bored, I barely ate. Woops. I'll have to plan my day out again like I did before. Did day 1 of the 100 Sit Ups a Day challenge. Sore in the lower abs for sure.
