One year ago today I made the decision to join a gym. It was finally time for me to do some thing about being obese and uncomfortable with my personal appearance. I'm down about almost 120 pounds since those 365 days have past. I have not felt this good about my self in years, hard work and dedication has finally paid off. You can do it too...
212.0 lb Lost so far: 118.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
