I did it, I lost 4 kg in one week, it wasn't easy let me tell you, I worked out alot and only cheated once or twice. I didn't even celebrate, I can't wait for next week.
317.0 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 96.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
