And another day at this weight. The plateaus are occurring more frequently now as my weight gets closer to the normal weight range. I'm having to shake up the metabolism by having a lighter calorie day followed by a higher calorie day. Still under 1200 calories though. No exercise yet. It's a great feeling to wear clothes that are loose now that were once tight, or way too small. I actually enjoy shopping for clothes again too. No more holding my breath while I bend over to try on shoes. Feeling my face going bright red as I held my breath and hoping nobody noticed. Never again. Or dining at a cafe and trying to get that bench seat because I know the chairs will dig into my butt because it's too wide. I once was at a theme park with my boys. We were waiting in line to get on the roller coaster. I will never forget watching a woman try to get the seat belt done up on the ride. She couldn't. The ride operator tried to help her. I still remember him telling her she had to get off the ride. Her daughter left too. The ride operator said to her out aloud you're just too fat for this ride. I was embarrassed for her. She was embarrassed too. From now on I am replacing those memories with good memories. Secretly, sometimes when I'm putting on my runners I stay bent over for a while longer. I breath. Yes I can breath while bending over now. Lol. What a good feeling. P.S. Not a good idea to do this while you're out in public. People think you're a bit strange. 😂
165.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
