Today I dropped a couple of ozs and I feel good. Also I measured myself and I lost 1" on my waist 1" hips and 1" bust; seems strength training is working, this is just after a month

I am really giving Atkins induction my all, yesterday for the first time I met 20 gms carbs, it feels good and I took my calories past 1000
187.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
