And the weight bounces up again. No idea why. That's what it does. Adjusts up and down all the time but I know when I measured yesterday I'd lost size so not worried. Good diet yesterday too. Homemade chicken soup for dinner. Anyway that's what it does. Hopefully it will give me a large drop now to make up for it. Please!!!!!! 😂 I've kept records of my weight on here nearly every day since the beginning of February. Before that on another app. It graphs like a heartbeat. It has drops down then spikes up. Usually no reason. Although stress, illness, and the occasional carb sometimes coincides with these anomalies. Yesterday's intake was normal. No naughties. In fact none for ages now, not since I celebrated my previous goal of 83kg. Seems so long ago. So it's just an adjustment. I know it will fix itself up. It always does. Onwards and downwards. 💃
165.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
