I've slowed down with the 5:2 diet. Strangely, processed food has lost it's charm on me. I thought I would be stuffing myself silly. No, I prefer the vegetables and smaller portions of lean proteins. I'm in healthy territory, but want to be a little more safe. Yesterday I bought new pants and a smaller belt. My pants were falling off my hips. Feeling good.
