This phase is so important! I had to do 2 steak days and an apple day in my 1st 2 weeks, but then i was able to stay actually within 1/2 a pound.

MaryNC: Not sure how you saw my journal but i'm happy you commented! It's been okay so far and I was happy having my glass of wine with dinner until my doctor nixed that! Said I could only have that 2x/week during P3. I didn't lose as much as you, but I'm motivated to do this again. Hcg really works! Have you started P2 again?

Yes, 8 days now. It's still working. A little more hunger, but I try to just drink water. I gain 12 lbs on my load days so it took a little longer to start losing. I'm so excited about getting down to a healthy weight for my height. This program is a miracle!

I'm totally with you on that! Feels like I can do this, and the second time all my questions have been answered! I just want to get on with it, but I'm on day 8 of P3 so I have a few weeks to go before I can go back to P2. Keep up the great work!
