My weight didn't go down much today, even though I really watched what I ate and had a great work out yesterday. It will probably show up tomorrow. I plan to keep my eating down again today and hope to have another great workout tonight. I visit the ENT doctor today to see about my ear. I hope all goes well.
209.6 lb Lost so far: 65.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We don't always see the results of what we do this week till next week or later. Consistency is important with weight loss. Things we do such as too much sodium, sore muscles from exercise can affect the scale quickly because of water weight. But actual fat loss takes time. Just stick with it.
