o.o Hmm. Ate so much yesterday, but weight-wise I'm pretty good this morning. I wonder how this could be? I was so worried I would go up to 154 again...

:) Ah well, back to getting on track. Weekends with the family are terrible for me!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
