Lost exactly 27 kg today since 20 September 2016. Well on my way to my next target of 70 kg with an ETA of mid August. BMI is now under 31 and so close to under 30 where I will no longer be in the obese range. Maybe another 2 to 3 kg until that happens. Onwards and downwards.
