I finally mustered the courage to weigh myself after my last known weight 62.8kg at the dietitian 2 wks ago. Wasn't thinking I could've slimmed down but the weighing machine show 60 kg! Yea ✌️✨!
132.3 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
