Ran yesterday 5 1/2 miles outside. Ate well yesterday also.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1762 kcal Fat: 81.42g | Prot: 73.30g | Carb: 194.84g.   Breakfast: Nonfat Strawberry Greek Yogurt, Simply Grapefruit Pulp-Free Grapefruit Juice. Lunch: egg, Wheat Bagel. Dinner: Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe) , Red Cabbage , Pico de Gallo Guacamole. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Covered Ice Cream Cone with Nuts (Flavors Other Than Chocolate), Multigrain Tortilla Chips, Dark Chocolate Miniatures, almonds, Blueberries, green grapes. more...
