Erratic schedule yesterday. Was stuck at my mom's sick friend's house during an afternoon storm. Had Grape Nuts, banana and Lactaid for breakfast. No lunch. About 6 "fun" size chocolate candies at 6pm at mom's. Went out for a sushi dinner at 8pm with beef negamaki appetizer, 8 nigiri sushi and a tuna-maki roll. Didn't really overeat, but too many sugars and carbs. Leaving for our weekend trip in a few minutes.
