Ok, so I really had a wakeup weight of 221 (or 223 depending on which scale I use) but after my 6 mile run I was down to 217. And then down to 215 after hot-tub/sauna/steam-room even though I was re-hydrating, i.e. drank at least 20oz.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
