It's going down again albeit slowly but 100g a day is a good rate. Equates to 700g for a week and we know losing half a kilo to 1 kg per week is the ideal eight loss if you want to maintain the loss.
168.2 lb Lost so far: 42.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
