i have bee kinda stressed, bored and mentrating since sat. have had major sweets cravings, migrane and severe nausea. warm dr pepper has helped along with 1/2 of vicodin with dinner last night.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
