Congratulations on hitting the first goal. For a celebration we ate Chinese food. I still ate only in moderation with about of cup of Kung PAo Chicken and a cup of rice. AND ONLY ! FRIED SHRIMP!! that was hard!

I did have a small piece of cheesecake though! ;(
295.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 145.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
