Finally the scale begins to move. Yeah!!!
254.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 119.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1941 kcal Fat: 146.73g | Prot: 116.45g | Carb: 35.24g.   Breakfast: worcestershire, green beans, margarine, cabbage , ground beef. Lunch: dutch garden, amish country, vermont cheddar cheese , longhorn style, dubliner, heluva good monterey, extra sharp cheddar kraft. Dinner: turnips, green pepper, margarine, onion, mushrooms, steak. Snacks/Other: armour, breyers carb smart. more...
