Saturday morning weigh in, 176 lbs, lost 4.5 lbs over last 2 weeks, I have been doing more weight training then before so I believe I have gained some muscle weight and lost some fat weight, I hope anyway. Ordered a body fat percentage scale yesterday, should arrive Tuesday and will start tracking my body fat percent as well. I have been doing well on my calorie intake and very consistent on exercising, so I just have to keep focused.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
