Ahhhhh I expected it to be a huge gain after having the flu again and going completely off plan for the last 2 weeks.

Just have to start again and never give up :) Ready for this week :)

240.7 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed poorly.
