I feel good about this weight loss but Im not really sure if its accurate. I bought a digital scale yesterday and will do my weight ins on it instead of at LA weight loss. Were down a vehical and I cant get to the centre. Plus they do NOTHING for me when I go their. I weight in on their scale and they ask me if I have any questions. Then they answer any but really they never seem that sure. Like I asked about flavored water with 0 calories and 0 suger and they said it counts as normal water, yet in our book were only allowed so much. Same with one of the counslers told me cooking with oil doesnt count as your fat. I really dont think were ment to be cooking everything in oil. Well I could be wrong but it didnt seem right to me.

hi you do have to count the oil you cook in, so be careful. I like to use a non stick pan & dry fry so I save my fats for better things. You can use the cooking spray the olive oil spray is probably the better one to use. I don't usually count that as long as you don't use too much. Keep up the good work

I use Pam and then that doesn't count as a fat. They want you to use your fats with the food ie; margerine or butter b/c it gets used better by your body (I think). Yor're only allowed 24 oz of the naturally flavoured water b/c they also contain sucralose. If yours doesn't then you should be fine, but if it does then yes only a set amount. Just like crystal light and diet caffeine free pop are only a certain amount.

Yeh see that all makes sense but when I asked the counsler she told me to cook in oil and it wouldnt count (which I dont do anyways cause ofcourse some fats get into your food) and I think it was the same one who told me about the water. Its funny cause she asked if it was like crystal light and if it was I could count it as my water. Hmmmm. Anyways thanks guys :)
