Been having a break from dieting and having wine for a good many nights!! Also have not exercised as much in the cold weather. Will start dieting again when Garry is back and ready to diet!! Will be easier that way.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
