Had a slack day yesterday and was very lethargic. Had Al to dinner so ate too much and drank wine!! Did not sleep well as a result... made up for it today by going for a bike ride and swim and yoga today and feel great now!! Have also not eaten much after last night's binge!! Won't record weight for a day or two... was actually 70 for one day the other day but I don't go by just one weigh in any more. It seems to bounce back up again... hydration rate I suppose.
