Excellent!! Dropped 1 pound and I must confess, I did not get up at 5am in this morning as I was supposed to. My body was sore & I felt like I needed more sleep so I let my body have the morning off & I will make it up in the evening... I promise. It's Friday so nothing should get in my way.
