Gained .4 lbs... not very happy but I got my "womanhood" this week if you know what I mean. And I donated blood & that also threw off my workouts, I was unable to go full speed for about 2 day. I was all messed up basically.
132.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
