Awful few days missed S/W this week had way too much food and drink last week - been good since Tuesday but 3 course gourmet meal last night with some wine and cheese probably didn't do me any favours...

Still a pound is a pound I suppose.
360.0 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
