After relocating to an entirely new state and still getting settled into a stable living situation on our own its been difficult to be as diligent with my diet as I waas before. Things are settling down and I'm ready to get back on track. I've made a commitment to kick it into high gear by joining in a local 12wk contest that will give me access to free gym membership with childcare along with a personal trainer to help optimize my workouts. I'm looking forward to the experience and using this site to help me as it did before.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
