Switched over a week ago to Eat Stop Eat program. It is working amazingly well.

Only mildly hungry on fasting day, and not terribly hungry on the eating days. When I checked my calories, I was staying right at 1500 or so. Which means I've pretty much cut my calories in half.

I plan to reach about 285 and then hold still for 2-3 months on a regular diet. Then go again.

That would be 42 pounds. I'm very pleased with these results.
296.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 116.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

i haven't read the book yet, but started IF mid-Feb. and I love it. Now I don't even think about it. I usually do two 24 hour fast each week, and all other days I skip breakfast and try to eat lunch late. The weight is slowly coming off, but doesn't come off me easily, so when it does come off, you just can't imagine the shock :)
