I've never had weight issues until menopause, and now it's so difficult to fight off a pound. So, I am here to track food and activity and see what others are doing. I live in a rainy state (Oregon) so I exercise indoors much of the time (when I do exercise). My goal is to adopt new habits that are as automatic as breathing.
