Over 25 kilos down now. Another 7.6 kg till my next target. It's nice that the weights dropping again. Calories within the 1200 per day, no processed meat, limited processed food, full fat. Sugars the enemy. No exercise yet due to injury. Just shows you weight loss is mainly diet related in most instances. In my case anyway. I've discovered that a sugar calorie is not equal to a fat calorie in the way my body processes food. I've found because of the wholesome diet I've had lots of positive side effects besides weight loss. My teeth are no longer sensitive. My eyesight has improved. My skin can now absorb nutrients better so I have lost skin tags, discolouration and reduced age spots. I am now more aware of the level of nutrients in food like fibre, sugar and calories. My nails are stronger and healthier. Even my hair colour which was turning from grey to White is returning all over. Scans of my internal organs showed no thickening expected with age. They all looked great. I believe this will also help my injuries heal. I am able to focus better and my memory has definitely improved. I'm now eating to live rather than living to eat.
171.1 lb Lost so far: 39.9 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
