wow. maybe i was holding on to some weight b/c it was that time of the month. I'm very happy. I'm 7 lbs away from my weight last summer and I'm doing it the right way. I still have a long way to go.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
