I weighed at the Y today and I am at 190. I had 12 teeth pulled and am waiting for my upper denture and lower partial. I have been eating soft food and drinking liquids. I try to eat solids but can only eat a little because I can't chew and I just swallow small pieces whole. I hope when I get my teeth that I can stick to my plan to eat vegetable salads and vegetables with some protein and limited sweets and fats. I want to get to 165. It has been hard because I have no estrogen and have been trying to get it built up.
