No work out again to day. Weight stayed the same at 2:06 .6. Gambling at Bluewater today and try not to take into many calories because I'm not doing exercise.
206.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
