Weight went down even though it was high carb yesterday but I did not get to eat my last meal as it was Daniel's graduation and it got too late and I was too tired. Didn't go to bed till 1 AM. No workout today, thus calories and protein are low.☹️
206.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
