Spin class last night rocked! I'll have to be a little more careful about church supper though... especially the dessert. The pecan pie slice I gulped down was 450 calories!!
148.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
