Weighed-in Friday, as usual, but forgot to record it here (was 168.4). This weight I am recording here, 168.0, is from yesterday. Still need to bump up exercise. Haven't been updating my food diary much; been very busy, but I'm also getting good at keeping track of things on my own (without cheating!).
