Hi, wanted to join to continue my quest. I have been on Dukan since last March. When I started I was at 197 lbs. I am now again at 157 (lost my way Thanksgiving through Christmas and got up to 167). I have found myself with a vet stubborn last 20 lbs. However, I can tell you it really works when you work it. I have a lot going against it, first I am 65 1/2 years old, female and somwhat restricted in what I can do physically to loose weight. After trying everything including Atkins under a Duke Hospital doctors care for 7 months. This diet worked, and it worked well, Now to keep on keeping on. I am now 5 days into phase 1. Tomarrow I start phase 2. This about the 4th time I have had to start again, but, know what even that gets easier because along the way you realize you are definately in control of your future.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
